The Leadership and Innovation Certificate program offers participants multiple opportunities to practice and apply the skills they are learning in individual and team activities that emphasize teamwork, communication, analysis, strategy, and successful execution.
Course Format:
The program is conducted mostly via online live session but each course also includes an optional two-hour in-person networking session for each of the three courses that is designed to be interactive and engaging. You will meet with your peers and learn about your leadership style while applying specific leadership principles. The information gained will enhance your ability to be an effective leader and improve your professional and personal skills. Some pre-session work may be required.
