Foreign Services Fellowships
Nationally competitive fellowships to fund a Master's degree in a field related to international studies and provide a path to a career in diplomacy.
Interested students may apply for these opportunities in early fall of their senior year or alumni the year before they intend to enroll in graduate school. A campus nomination is not required, but prospective applicants are encouraged to consult with External Fellowships well in advance of the deadline if seeking assistance.

Fellowship Programs
Payne International Development Fellowship Program
Description | Funding for a two-year Master's degree in a field related to the USAID Foreign Service (see program website for details), two internships, and appointment as a USAID Foreign Service Officer upon successful completion of the program. |
