32nd ANNUAL CONFERENCE ON THE GEOLOGY OF LONG ISLAND
AND METROPOLITAN NEW YORK
The 32nd annual Long Island Geology Conference will be held on Sunday April 6, 2025 beginning at 9:00 am. The meeting will be held live at Stony Brook University and by Zoom (link provided upon registration).
This year we will also have a field trip to Northern Manhattan led by Steven Jaret (Kingsborough Community College) and Adrian Castro (Wellesley College). This trip will begin at 11 am on Saturday April 5.

Abstracts for the conference are open-format and should be emailed to Steven Jaret, steven.jaret@stonybrook.edu.
Abstracts should be submitted by Monday March 31, 2025.
Please use the Abstract Template from the LIG conference website.
- Titles should be written with the first letter of each word capitalized.
- Do not use all caps for titles.
- Authors should be listed as LastName, A. B., LastName, A. B,.
- There is no specific format or length for abstracts.
