Jennifer Lynn Woolley is an associate professor of management and entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. Her research and teaching focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and the emergence of firms, industries, and technologies. Her recent work examines the relationship between founding teams, gender, and firm outcomes. Dr. Woolley's research has been published in the Academy of Management Discoveries, Organization Science, Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Journal of Business Venturing, Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Strategy Science, and Journal of Product Innovation Management. She has presented her work at many conferences including the Academy of Management, Strategic Management Society, DRUID, and Corporate Social Responsibility Americas conference. She is also an editorial board member of the Oxford Research Encyclopedia of Business and Management.
