Tianshu Li
PhD candidate
Department of Neuroscience and Behavior, Program in Neuroscience
Tianshu Li is a third-year Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Neuroscience and Behavior. Her research focuses on the mechanism of context-dependent behavior. Animals show diverse behaviors in identical external environments. The behavior is guided by the context, including experience, expectation, strategy, etc. She analyzes recorded data from the animal’s brain and develops computational models to uncover the mechanism of this type of behavior. Outside of her study, Tianshu enjoys painting, hiking, badminton and learning guitar.
