Sara Santos

Program in Writing and Rhetoric

Sara Santos is a lecturer in the Program in Writing and Rhetoric, where she teaches courses in composition. She is also the Assistant Director of the Writing Center. She received her Ph.D. in English from Stony Brook University. As a researcher and educator, she specializes in world and postcolonial literature, environmental humanities, posthumanism, and neoliberal rhetoric. She also holds certifications in instructional design and online learning. In her free time, Sara unironically watches Arnold Schwarzenegger movies, makes themed playlists, and co-hosts a podcast about the Fast & Furious franchise.
