Robert Wadolowski

Robert is a PhD candidate in the department of Physiology and Biophysics in the laboratory of Dr. Irene Solomon. His work focuses on Parkinson's disease and its effect on neural control of breathing. He utilizes various animal models of Parkinson's and studies the effect of disease progression on respiratory behavior. He hopes to identify both diagnostic and pharmaceutical targets for potential therapy and treatment. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities like biking, kayaking, and snowboarding, and he is passionate about political activism.
