Usage Fees
Campus Life Centers Usage and Resource Fees (2024-2027)
Campus Life Centers is pleased to offer discounted rates to governmental agencies and non-profit organizations. Please contact the Scheduling Office for assistance in determining appropriate rates for your event.
Internal Departments
Internal Departments (such as academic and administrative) pay no usage fees for the space, but they are billed for any resources or staffing that is needed for their event.
Student Organizations
Registered student organizations do not get charged for usage of space, staffing, room setups, or most resources for their events. However, there are several resources that student groups will be billed for.
External Clients
Welcome! Thank you for thinking about our team for your event needs! External Organizations (non-Stony Brook University entities) will pay for the usage of the space to host any event on campus.
Nonprofits
Nonprofit organizations will pay for the usage of the space to host any event on campus at a discounted rate from the external rate.
