How to book event space

The Campus Life Centers offer a variety of spaces for your use. Host a meeting, plan a large scale event, or even share information at a lobby table! Our spaces can accommodate most needs, and many rooms can be customized at your request. Simply indicate your needs when making your reservation, and one of our team members will work with you to complete the planning process. 


To request space, please login to your 25Live account.


SBU Department staff that need access to 25Live should complete the 25live New Employee Access Form.  The Registrar's office will contact you with login credentials.

Student organizations should contact Student Engagement and Activities for assistance with 25Live accounts.

What event space suits your teams needs?

The Campus Life Centers offer both indoor and outdoor event spaces. Amenities and capacity vary by venue. For more information on specific locations, please select if you would like to hold your event indoors or outdoors.

 

Indoor Spaces

Campus Life Centers can offer a wide variety of indoor spaces to host large groups or smaller breakout rooms. Whether you need an auditorium setting or a classroom environment, we have the space you need for your next event.

Changing or Canceling a Reservation


Once an event is requested, only the Reservation's Office may edit that request. If you need to make any changes or cancel an event, please let us know. Requests must be made in writing and should be sent to CampusLifeCentersReservations@stonybrook.edu.  Please be sure to include the reference number and/or the event title in your email.


Please note that canceling a request within a week of the event date or failing to attend your reservation without advance notice may result in a fee. For full information regarding our cancellation policy, please review the Campus Life Centers Policies and Procedures Manual.
