Become a Mentor
Stony Brook Mentor Connect is a social platform designed to connect Stony Brook students and alumni, both recent and experienced. Depending on which group you fall into, take the opportunity to learn from experienced alumni or provide guidance to students and recent grads on their career journeys.
Host a Studio Career Chat
Schedule an afternoon in our Career Center Studio to chat informally with students wishing to learn more about your career path. Students will have the opportunity to ask you questions about your career and what advice you have for someone pursuing your industry.
Share Your Words of Wisdom
We invite you to share your valuable advice for students. Your insights may be selected to be showcased on our Career Center’s “Alumni Words of Wisdom” Gallery. Located in our Center, this gallery features the inspiring pieces of advice that SBU alumni have left for students following in their footsteps.
