  • Step One: Obtain Experience

    Complete 50 hours of an on-campus or off-campus experience such as an internship, leadership position, experiential program, research, part-time job, or volunteer work in one semester.

  • Step Two: Select Competency

    Choose a skill that you developed through this experience, and indicate your interest by submitting evidence through the checklist form linked on Handshake. Applications must be submitted for experiences completed in the past two years. Students can submit evidence for up to 2 badges per semester after completing 50 hours of an experience.

  • Step Three: Get Rewarded

    Please allow up to two weeks for your interest form to be reviewed on Handshake. You will then receive an email from the Career Center on the approval process. If approved, your digital skill badge will be issued through Credly Acclaim. You will receive an email directly from Credly on how to claim and share your badge, and information from the Career Center on how to shine as a candidate with ACES.
