Dean's Advisory Council
The College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) provides guidance on research, academic and administrative issues that are of importance to CAS faculty, staff, and students. The DAC has seven members. Six are appointed by the Dean, two each representing Arts/Humanities, Social and Behavioral Sciences, and Natural Sciences. The final member is the speaker of the CAS Chairs Association (CASCA), elected by the CAS department chairs in accordance with the CASCA bylaws.
