Palmina & Roberto Mignone Endowed Fellowship
In Italian and Italian American Studies
Purpose
The Palmina & Roberto Mignone Fellowship aims to assist the brightest and most capable graduate students by providing funds to pay for their tuition, cover some of their research and academic travel related expenses while they are completing a graduate degree in Italian and/or Italian American Studies at Stony Brook University. The Fellow will receive a Teaching Assistant stipend and is expected to teach one undergraduate course in Italian per semester, as well as being involved with the organization of cultural events and community-oriented activities planned by the Center for Italian Studies.
Who may apply
The Palmina & Roberto Mignone Fellowship is open to U.S. citizens and International graduate students who have been accepted into the MA in Romance Languages (Italian) or the MAT in Italian.
