We need your help!
The KPC is responsible for training future psychologists, and provides state-of-the-art, evidence-based therapy for adults, couples, and children. Indeed, we provide psychological services to over 200 members of the community yearly.
Services at the KPC are low-cost and based on a sliding scale according to income. Individual therapy sessions range in fees from $20/session for students and between $30 and $65/session for community members. Assessments for IQ, attention problems, and learning disabilities are also offered at a greatly reduced rate. Critically, our low-cost services allow us to reach a client population that would have no other opportunity for much-needed and evidence-based services.
How can you help us to continue to do what we do?
To help us continue to provide our low-cost services, we are asking members of our
community for their support. Donations to our clinic, in any amount, will enable
us to support the costs of running the clinic, including administrative expenses,
personnel expenses (therapists' and supervisors' salaries), and much needed treatment and training resources, including the purchase of equipment, books, testing and training materials,
all of which are extremely needed to be able to provide the state-of-the-art services
that we do. In addition, donations will enable us to support our exciting new training
programs for graduate students externs, pre-doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows
from universities across the country.
We thank you for your support.
