Examples and Templates

Between Fall 2018 and Spring 2020, eighteen departments participated in a pilot project to develop the academic program assessment process at Stony Brook.  As a result of their work, we have accumulated a set of templates and examples.  Please note that the examples are, in most cases, works in progress and considered snap shots of an ongoing process.  Draft documents are consistent with the notion that program assessment is an ongoing, dynamic, evolving process.  The faculty colleagues from the pilot project have offered these draft examples to inform the university process going forward.
