Violeta Ilik is the Head of Cataloging & Metadata Services at the Stony Brook University Libraries. As the Head of Cataloging and Metadata Services Violeta provides leadership, guidance, and expertise to the department, including supervision of faculty librarians and professional staff. As a faculty librarian, Violeta takes an active role in liaison, reference and instruction duties. |

Laurel came to Stony Brook libraries in October 2017. Previously, she worked at Touro College School of Health Sciences. She is the Liaison to the School of Social Welfare and the Long Island Veteran's Home and a member of the Communication and Outreach Working Group for the University Libraries. Dana is the Web Services Librarian and the liaison to the English & Global Literature departments. Dana leads the design and development of the library's evolving web presence. She focuses on developing easy-to-use, intuitive web and mobile interfaces to ensure positive user experiences and enhanced resource accessibility. Her research interests focus on emerging library technologies and how they can be used to further innovation and information delivery. |
Jessica is a Health Sciences Librarian with subject expertise in a variety of disciplines. She is the library liaison to the School of Medicine and the School of Nursing at Stony Brook. Her research interests include information-seeking behavior, health sciences education, open access and data management. |

Claudia McGivney is the Head of Academic Engagement at the Stony Brook University Libraries. Her research interests include reflective practice, first-year experience, library user engagement, information literacy, perception of librarians, and the use of anime, manga, and graphic novels in higher education. |
Victoria is the Digital Projects Librarian, and the liaison to the Department of Philosophy. Victoria leads the upcoming Digital Services Program at Stony Brook University. The program will allow faculty and staff to submit digital project proposals to our digital lab team. Some details of this service include: plan a digital project; use digital assets in your research, classroom, and projects; determine and discuss copyright issues; access and promotion of digital assets. |

Gregg is a Health Sciences Librarian. He is a liaison to the School of Medicine, the School of Nursing, the School of Pharmacy, the Public Health program, and the Long Island Veterans Home. His research interests include healthcare education, the measurement of scholarly communication impact, and the use of medical and drug information to improve patient outcomes and reduce health disparities. |
