You Good, Sis? Saving Our Sista's (SOS) Mental Health
Too often, Black women are unsupported and forgotten in academic and corporate environments. Indeed our labor takes center stage in service to organizations and institutions that persistently fail to recognize our humanity. One of the best ways for Black women to navigate these spaces is by demonstrating care for each other and simply asking, “You good Sis?” In this session, a panelists of mental health experts will share their wisdom to encourage Black women to care for themselves, to check on one another, and to breathe.
