We recognize our team is our most important asset and, as such, are committed to promoting the professional and personal development of each member. We offer numerous opportunities to expand the knowledge and expertise of our team through workshops, training, conferences, symposiums, social events and gatherings.  Our goals are to:

  • Provide a variety of professional development resources and opportunities for members to advance their knowledge and learning in order to enhance their work promoting student learning and success. 
  • Help each member grow as leaders within the division and beyond; to support strong partnerships and provide space for shared learning; and to give team members the knowledge that will enable them to effectively respond to student concerns and contribute to student success.
