Our Schedule
Our open meditation hours are from 8:30 am-7:30 pm Monday through Friday. We also hold guided meditation sessions along with times to get directions on how to meditate! There will be a meditation instructor there Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM to answer questions about how to meditate and provide mini-guided meditations.
How do I Meditate?
The instructions are simple! Each person's meditation practice is unique to them. Here we can provide an environment for you to explore what meditation is for you!
