E-RAS

E-RAS, the Electronic Record of Authorized Signatures, is the Stony Brook University online system that officially authorizes listed people to commit and spend on an account.

Various roles control the level of access.  An Account Director  has primary responsibility of an account and can add  Signatory Delegates, thereby providing them the right to spend against that account.
