PRODiG Plus Fellow (Lecturer 12) - College of Business: Organizational Behavior, Strategy, or Entrepreneurship

The Management Area in the College of Business at Stony Brook University seeks to hire and mentor a new faculty member through the Promoting Recruitment, Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion and Growth  (PRODiG Plus ) Fellows Program. The position is a full-time, 12-month, non-tenure-track faculty position at the lecturer level to commence in Fall 2025.

This role will dual report to the College and to the Career Center, ensuring deep relationships within the academic verticals, and supported by extensive resources and corporate relationships in the centralized career service. You bring high energy, positivity, resourcefulness, adaptability, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem solving, as well as a growth mindset and student-centered philosophy to the career readiness and preparation of graduate business students for the workforce.
