BULK ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Download the Nutrislice App

  1. Visit your device's app store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
  2. Search for "Nutrislice" and download the app.
  3. Open the app and sign in using your existing Nutrislice account or create a new one.

 

 

Step 2: Locate Your School or Institution 

  1. Upon opening the app, you will see a search bar at the top.
  2. Type "Stony Brook University."
  3. Tap on "Stony Brook University" when it appears in the search results.
  4. You can also use the "Near Me" feature if you are on campus.

 

 

Step 3: Browse the Menu

  1. Tap the "View Menus" button.
  2. Scroll through the menu to explore the available food options. Choose from Chips, Crackers, Granola Bars, Beverages, Snacks and Grocery Items.
  3. All items that are listed are available for purchase in bulk. Prices that are shown are by the case.

 

 

Step 4: Add Items to Your Cart

  1. Select your item(s) and choose your case quantity.
  2. Click "Add to Order"
  3. The item will be added to your cart, and you can continue to shop or view the contents by tapping on the shopping bag icon at the top right corner of the screen.

 

 

Step 5: Review Your Order

  1. After you have added all the desired items to your cart, review your order summary.
  2. Payment will be at pick up. Cart total may change due to the availability of product.
  3. Schedule the time for your order to be placed. Please note that this is not the time for pick up.
  4. Orders will come in between 7-10 days after your order is placed. We will reach out with a confirmation that we received your order and will schedule a time for pick up.
  5. Orders can only be placed between 8 am and 6 pm. Orders placed after 6pm will be received the following day.

 

 

Step 6: Create an Account and Proceed to Checkout

  1. Follow the instructions to continue to payment information
  2. Create an account and/or continue as a guest.
  3. You can Log into your Net ID to use your dining dollars, wolfie wallet and/or continue within your account

 

 

Step 7: Enter Your Order Details

  1. Select your location for pick up (Emporium Market or Market at West Side).
  2. Provide your SBU Student ID Number and email in the notes section so we can reach out to confirm your order and ask any questions.
  3. Place your order.

 

 

Step 8: Confirmation and Pickup

  1. Once your order is successfully placed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email.
  2. Please bring this with you at your scheduled pick up time. This is your receipt. 
  3. Make a note of the details or add a reminder to your calendar.
  4. Arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time to collect your order.

 

 

Notes that print on the tickets

  1. We will be in touch when your order is ready for pick up.
  2. Checkout Admin Note: PLEASE NOTE: This time does not reflect your time for pick up. We will reach out when your order is ready! Please anticipate your order will be ready for pick up within 7-10 days.
  3. Payment will be collected at time of pick up.
