Maestro

A low Mach number hydrodynamics code for modeling astrophysical convection. Maestro filters soundwaves from the equations of hydrodynamics, allowing it to take timesteps based on the advective fluid velocity instead of the much more strictive (for low speed flows) sound speed.  The result is an enormous efficiency boost. Maestro captures compressibility effects due to stratification, local heat release from nuclear reactions, thermal diffusion, and compositional mixed. The code is parallelized with MPI and OpenMP.
