Writing can be a lonely endeavor.  That’s why the Southampton Writers Conference is something to look forward to. 

We've got brilliant workshop leaders and guest writers, but they're just part of the equation. You'll find beautiful beaches to inspire you, kind classmates to support you, and great lectures to expand your creative vision.

The Southampton Writers Conference is a place where writers can come together, share ideas, enjoy each other—and yeah—produce the best damn work they possibly can.

Applicants can choose from our workshops  or lecture series. Workshops include the lecture series. 

March 15 for Scholarships

April 15 for Writers Conference and Children's Lit workshops

July 1 for the lecture series (commuter only)

We're located in Southampton, NY, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
