IACS offers many events that have limited seating and are in high demand. As a result, we require participants to register for those events so they are assured of having a seat, and oftentimes waiting lists are created to accommodate the overflow. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have registered and you do not cancel your reservation within 48 hours of the event's start time, your participation and acceptance to future IACS workshops will be negatively affected. Your name will be flagged and moved to the bottom of any waiting list for all future events.
