The Center for Prevention and Outreach partners with several on and off campus agencies to provide free, confidential screenings, testings and other healthcare services in the CPO Office (Union 108) and other locations on campus.

FCA Sherpa Harm Reduction Services visits campus to provide HIV and STI testing in CPO and the LGTBTQ* Center**
Testing provided does not require insurance, is free and confidential. Appointments are required.

Health Screenings
Every Tuesday in the Fall and Spring semester, SBU’s PACE team welcomes students for a free and confidential one-on-one visit with a nurse practitioner and registered nurse. These appointments include a thorough health screening with assessment of: Blood pressure, BMI, HbA1c for diabetes, Oral health, Drug and Alcohol use, Safety issues, Stress and anxiety, Sleep apnea, Social and sexual issues and Vision screenings.10 am to 3 pm, CPO Office Union 108 *No Appointment is necessary, check in at the PACE table in the Union Lobby
