Capoeira Club

Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that is unique in the way it incorporates elements of dance and music. Our mission is to promote awareness of Capoeira on campus, and to train club members in all aspects, physical and cultural, of this martial art.  We are affiliated with Mestre Lamprea's Motumbaxé Capoeira organization in New York City. Our classes are taught by a professional instructor.
