Welcome to Stony Brook University’s Strategic Planning Toolkit! This online portal houses resources to help your team in your process of broadening diversity, creating a more inclusive unit, and addressing some of the structures of inequity that might prevent many people from reaching their full potential. Included on this page are a set of individual guides that cover key steps and processes involved in creating and sustaining an organization-wide DEI plan that may be adapted to your own environment, including foundational components and signature initiatives.
