  Report all emergencies (e.g. smoke, fire, gas leaks, chemical spills, medical emergencies, etc.) to University Police:

• Report Other URGENT Facility Issues

  Other URGENT facility issues (e.g. water leaks, ADA doors not working, loss of power, etc.) should NOT be submitted via FIXIT. These urgent issues should be reported to the numbers below:

• Find the LOST AND FOUND
  Please contact the Building Manager of the location you have lost/found an item for retrieval. Buildings on campus generally hold items for a period of time before turning lost and found contents over to University Police. PLEASE NOTE: We ask that you only contact Building Managers about lost and found items during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm, and do not utilize their after-hours cell phone numbers for lost and found matters. 
• Request FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION
  To request a new construction project, visit the CPDC website.
• Request RECYCLING BINS
  To request recycling bins, visit the COM website.
• Obtain CAMPUS FLOOR PLANS
  To obtain a floor plan for your building, submit an online application for a Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) Drawing on the CPDC website.
• Obtain a FOOD PERMIT

  Caterers other than contracted Stony Brook University dining services must obtain a food permit approved by the Department of Environmental Health & Safety. Food permits are required for all events with an attendance of more than 19 where prepared foods will be served. Food permits must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event to the Facility Scheduler or Program Advisor. All groups must have a copy of the approved food permit at their event. Caterers must abide by Stony Brook University's exclusive contract with Coca-Cola by using only Coca-Cola company products where applicable.
